What Kids Do Every Day
Every day at Core Fitness Summer Camp is packed with a variety of activities that keep kids active, engaged, and having the time of their lives. No two days are exactly the same!
Sports & Athletics
Basketball on our outdoor court, dodgeball, relay races, and team sports that keep kids active, build coordination, and teach great sportsmanship.
Game Room
Downtime done right — kids get to unwind and have fun in our dedicated game room packed with activities they love between sessions.
Ninja Course
Our outdoor ninja obstacle course challenges kids to climb, balance, swing, and conquer — building strength, agility, and serious confidence.
Outdoor Play Area
Fresh air and fun on our outdoor playset — kids love the open space to run, climb, and play freely during outdoor time every day.
Basketball Court
Full access to our outdoor basketball court for pickup games, skill challenges, and shooting competitions throughout the day.
Character Development
Daily lessons in respect, discipline, teamwork, and leadership — the Core Fitness values that carry far beyond summer camp.
Friday Field Trips
Every Friday campers go on an exciting field trip! A fun weekly adventure that gives kids something to look forward to all week long.
A Full Day Of Fun & Learning
Our summer camp runs Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm — perfect for working parents. Every day is carefully structured to balance high-energy activities with rest and character-building time.

Summer camp is open to children ages 5 and up. All activity levels and experience levels welcome — no martial arts experience required.

Held at our 12,000 sqft facility in Kernersville NC — spacious, air-conditioned, and fully equipped for a full day of activities.
Safety
Our certified instructors supervise campers throughout the entire day. Safety is our top priority in every activity we run.
